Cancellation Policy

1. Digital Downloads
 Digital downloads (e.g. digital print templates, printables, ebooks) are excluded from exchange as digital goods, as they are not suitable for return (§ 312d Abs.4 BGB)

2. Other items suitable for return You can cancel the purchase of offered products within 14 days without giving any reasons in writing. The period begins upon receipt of the goods.

3. Consequences of Cancellation
 After a timely declaration of cancellation, we will refund the purchase price. The return shipping costs are to be borne by the buyer. Any transaction fees incurred cannot be refunded!
